Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute interoffice and overnight mail for collateral services
• Work postal mail daily and consumer loan intake that is delivered weekly
• Scan and image paper documents into appropriate software systems
• Retrieving information and files for incoming requests.
• Retrieve paid loan files for the collateral team so they are ready to prepare the releases
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Create and maintain records for offsite files
• Assist in data cleanup and formatting, identifying, and resolving any inconsistencies or errors.
• Provide regular progress reports to supervisors and update team members on data entry status.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Assist other associates when needed and any other duties as assigned.
