Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Two years of related work experience, with at least one year in an imaging role preferred.
• Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: General office procedures; ability to read and follow detailed work instructions; good communication and organizational skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receives, opens, sorts and processes incoming mail, checks and digital documents.
• Preps and scans documents per established service level agreements.
• Determines appropriate label for documents; researches documents with limited information.
• Processes requests and retrieves historical documents; responsible for destruction or off-site storage and scheduling.
• Communicates hardware or software malfunctions; may assist with training of new processors.
