Job summary

Nationwide is hiring a Sr. Processor, Imaging for its Document Solutions team. The position is onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, located in a production environment.

You will process mail, scanning, and digital documents while maintaining quality controls and confidentiality. Two years of related experience with imaging is preferred. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and the ability to work independently within a team and adhere to retention policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related work experience.
• At least one year in imaging preferred.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and imaging processes.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-volume scanning equipment and ensure quality.
• Perform routine scanner maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Support records retention and destruction per policy.
• Organize materials for storage and disposal.
• Assist with training and knowledge sharing as needed.
• Communicate equipment issues to appropriate teams.
