Job summary

Innovativ Pharma, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to oversee data-driven operations in radiology education and staffing.

The role ensures compliance with practice standards and regulatory requirements across an assigned modality, coordinating leaders and staff for optimal daily operations. You will develop and implement educational programs, supervise staff orientation, and monitor procedures to support accreditation and high-quality patient care in radiology.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in imaging or radiology.
• Knowledge of radiation safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing and workload with Imaging Leaders to ensure per-shift coverage.
• Coordinate staff orientation to new equipment and procedures; maintain education records.
• Maintain imaging reports and retrain technologists as needed.
• Plan, implement, evaluate and modify clinical education in radiology modalities.
• Perform imaging procedures and patient care per modality.
• Consult with physician leaders around procedures performed in imaging.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain imaging department supplies and manage costs.
• Develop and maintain processes supporting accreditation.
