Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Physician Training and Quality Coordinator to support training and quality assurance for radiologists. This full-time role involves preparing training materials, conducting sessions, and tracking performance data. Ideal candidates have an associate degree and strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers comprehensive benefits, including paid time off and flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an ARRT accredited School of Radiologic Technology and certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT (R)).
  • Advanced certifications in CT, MRI, US, NM, MG, and/or CIIP preferred.
  • Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring within a radiology setting.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of training sessions for onboarding radiologists.
  • Support the development and distribution of training materials, documentation, and user guides.
  • Track and maintain onboarding completion of records and progress reports.
  • Prepare quality-related documentation and reports as needed.
  • Adhere to internal and external regulatory requirements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Creative, self-motivated, proactive, and confident nature
Ability to work with diverse groups virtually and in-person
Exceptional computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Associate degree required
Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare administration, business, or related field
