Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Physician Training and Quality Coordinator to support training and quality assurance for radiologists. This full-time role involves preparing training materials, conducting sessions, and tracking performance data. Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT accredited School of Radiologic Technology and certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT (R)).
• Advanced certifications in CT, MRI, US, NM, MG, and/or CIIP preferred.
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring within a radiology setting.
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of training sessions for onboarding radiologists.
• Support the development and distribution of training materials, documentation, and user guides.
• Track and maintain onboarding completion of records and progress reports.
• Prepare quality-related documentation and reports as needed.
• Adhere to internal and external regulatory requirements.

Exceptional computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Associate degree required
