Job summary

Mankato Clinic is seeking a Patient Support Coordinator for Diagnostic Imaging to greet, register, and schedule patients both in person and by phone. You will provide excellent customer service while learning electronic health records and payment systems, coordinating with providers and staff to support patient care across the clinic.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and teamwork within a busy, daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff.
• Comfort with using computers and learning electronic health records.
• Strong phone and keyboarding abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in person and by phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage preregistration for modalities.
• Send/receive imaging and reports in PACS, obtain ROI when appropriate.
• Coordinate with radiologists and staff to support patient care needs.
• Assist with front desk tasks and patient information updates.
