Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Register patients upon arrival.
• Coordinate referrals.
• Greets, screens, and directs patients.
• Answers internal and external phone calls in reception area.
• Sort, scan, and electronically file patient reports, consultations, and histories into PACS.
• Assist with monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed.
• Sort and distribute departmental mail.
• Other duties as assigned.
