Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA / CMA / EMT credential or nursing student with one semester of clinical completed.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic nursing care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN, including monitoring vital signs and glucose measurements.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and eating.
• Reports abnormal findings to nursing staff promptly.
• Keeps patient rooms clean and orderly and supports unit workflow.
• Demonstrates adaptability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Acts as liaison between patient care units and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
