Responsibilities

• Review and validate all return quality claims to ensure proper triage and accurate testing.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve quality claims and negotiate credits.
• Authorize customer credits and manage exchange-related financials (deposits, refunds).
• Execute and oversee exchange workflows, including reminders and document generation.
• Provide customer reporting and support quality review meetings for transparency.
• Analyze quarterly quality metrics and drive process improvements.
