  • Execute and oversee exchange workflows, including reminders and document generation.
  • Provide customer reporting and support quality review meetings for transparency.
  • Analyze quarterly quality metrics and drive process improvements.

Essential Job Duties
  • Review and validate all return quality claims to ensure proper triage, timely processing, and accurate internal testing.
  • Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve quality claims, negotiate restock fees/credits, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Authorize customer credits and manage exchange-related financials, including deposit credits, refunds, and high-dollar additional bills.
  • Execute and oversee exchange workflows, including reminders, return document generation, vendor exchanges, and stock-check item resolution.
  • Provide customer reporting and facilitate quality review meetings to maintain transparency and support strong relationships.
  • Analyze and update quarterly quality metrics, using insights to identify trends and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and refine quality and parts-validation processes, including models for external customer validation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
