Job summary

Avante Health Solutions is seeking a full-time Parts Sales Coordinator to support our Diagnostic Imaging Parts Sales team. This role acts as the main liaison for customers, suppliers, internal sales reps, and operations to ensure timely quotes, order processing, and accurate inventory coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required.
• Ability to quickly learn ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding diagnostic imaging replacement parts.
• Prepare and deliver customer quotations accurately and promptly, while maintaining market pricing knowledge
• Process customer purchase orders and sales orders within company systems.
• Proactively call on current and new customers to grow new business/request volume.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Vendor Management to source parts and obtain pricing and availability ensuring accurate market pricing is updated in our system.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to customers and sales representatives.
• Track customer orders from quote through shipment and delivery.
• Coordinate expedited orders to meet critical customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and pricing records.
• Work closely with Parts Sales Account Managers to support sales opportunities and customer accounts.
