Job summary

MXR Imaging, Inc. is looking for a mid-level account manager to enhance customer engagement and ensure client satisfaction. You will manage existing accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and coordinate with service teams to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, three to five years of account management experience, and familiarity with the imaging industry. You’ll be working both independently and alongside internal teams to drive results.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of account management experience.
• Experience selling B2B imaging solutions.
• Experience working with department-level and C-level customer management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with all customer accounts in the assigned territory.
• Manage and maintain the existing customer base.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide post-sales support.
• Resolve issues and conflicts, providing timely solutions.

Skills
