Job summary

Iron Mountain is hiring an Imaging Operations Manager to lead daily imaging operations, optimize workflows and ensure high imaging standards. You will interface with branch operations, oversee capacity planning, and drive improvements in security and chain-of-custody.

The role requires a Secret DoD Clearance, a 5–7 year background in computing with 2–3 years in management, and strong experience with imaging software such as Kofax Ascent Capture. In-person work in El Segundo, CA.

Qualifications

• Must hold Secret DoD Clearance (Tier 3) before starting; US citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science; post-graduate education a plus.
• 5–7 years of computer experience, with 2–3 years in management and operations.
• 5+ years in Windows environment and imaging; Kofax experience preferred.
• Active involvement in imaging operations, support and maintenance at Iron Mountain.
• Strong understanding of security policies related to imaging processes.
• Proficient in imaging operations, workflow, imaging software (Kofax Ascent Capture preferred), scanners and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities related to imaging operations.
• Analyze and modify workflow performance; maintain imaging equipment.
• Support local sales staff and train new staff in imaging processes.
• Assist with batch classes as needed.
• Make recommendations to management on additions, replacements or changes.
• Coordinate local operations for proper chain of custody and security.
• Plan capacity including throughput, disk, supplies, imaging process, backups and DR.
