Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Imaging Operations Manager to join our Digital Solutions team. You will oversee end-to-end onsite imaging and document conversion operations across multiple shifts, manage site financial performance, and lead a multi-shift team.

You will collaborate with sales, account management, and technical teams to implement programs, support client facility tours, and ensure clear customer communication while maintaining data security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational imaging experience with 2–3 years of direct people management.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume scanning workflows, Windows environments, Google Workspace.
• Proven ability in capacity planning, workflow performance analysis, budget oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical operations management experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize day-to-day imaging and conversion operations across multiple shifts, maintaining throughput and capacity forecasting.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and internal technical teams for new programs and client facility tours.
• Ensure strict adherence to chain of custody, information security controls, and disaster recovery processes.
