Qualifications

• Professional clinical certification/registration (e.g., ARRT, ARDMS).
• Current state Radiology Tech license (as required).
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Five years of imaging experience.
• Two years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily imaging team activities for efficient patient care.
• Mentor and train caregivers; promote safety, quality, and service excellence.
• Improve workflows, staffing, productivity, and operations with leaders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee one or more imaging modalities; collaborate across hospital system.
