Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional Clinical Certification/Registration such as ARRT/ARDMS.
• Current state Rad Tech License (if required for clinical discipline).
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated imaging technologist experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for imaging teams to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Support caregiver engagement, training, mentoring, and professional development.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve workflows, staffing, productivity, and operational performance.
• Help ensure compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
