Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Supervisor of Imaging to lead daily imaging operations, coordinate services across areas, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The role collaborates with imaging personnel, facility leadership, and Medical Director of Imaging to deliver exceptional care.

The position requires an Associate degree in Radiography, ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certification, and BLS. State licensure is preferred, with EPIC EHR experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates in Radiography required.
• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certification required.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• State licensure preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily imaging operations across assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, ACR, state health and NCR standards.
• Manage patient flow and technologist schedules.
• Plan and conduct regular in-service trainings.
• Recommend staffing levels and department budget with cost controls.
