Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare records for patient pickup or delivery to physician offices.
• Respond to incoming calls and medical record requests.
• Train and guide medical records level 1 team members.
• Provide clear communication to patients, contributing to a compassionate, high-quality experience.
• Perform other assigned duties related to medical records management.
• Retrieve, organize, and maintain radiology records, images, and documentation within electronic systems.
