Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking a Health Information Management professional to perform day-to-day processing of health information, including chart pickup, reception, transcription, release of information, indexing prep, scanning and QA of outpatient records.

The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy and familiarity with HIM processes; candidates should have at least three years of scanning and HIM experience, HS diploma or GED, and RHIT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of scanning experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Health Information Management.
