GE HealthCare is seeking a Market General Manager for Imaging to lead a commercial sales team in the Rocky Mountain region, driving orders, revenue and margin growth while ensuring service, quality and timely achievement of objectives. You will operate with independence within budgets and guidelines to achieve commercial outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experienced in Healthcare Sales leadership position.
• 7 years of experience in medical sales.
• Demonstrated track record in high technology product sales / solutions.
• Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development.
• Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.
• High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
• Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization. Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble.
• Demonstrated business acumen, financial and organizational skills.
• Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
• Live and travel within the Market (CO, AZ, UT).
