Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an Imaging Account Manager to lead the sales strategy for diagnostic imaging portfolios within the Raleigh/Durham territory. You will drive revenue through strong stakeholder relationships across radiology, cardiology, oncology, and related service lines.

Key duties include capital equipment sales, service contracts, and strategic planning aligned with customers’ annual budgeting processes. Travel within the territory is required as part of closure strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years selling capital equipment to health systems and/or hospitals; or HS diploma with 8+ years in same.
• Proven ability to present complex information to decision makers, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to live in Raleigh or Durham territory and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hospital, imaging center, and physician practice stakeholders to identify qualified leads and grow market share.
• Deliver quarterly and annual orders and revenue targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service contracts.
• Leverage imaging product knowledge (MRI, X-ray, CT, interventional radiology, cardiology, mammography, nuclear medicine, PET-CT) to drive funnel growth.
• Demonstrate expertise in customers’ installed base and develop technology and capital plans aligned with their budgeting process.
• Collaborate with the account community team to close deals via site visits and negotiated strategies.
• Reduce sales cycle time by using Salesforce.com to track activity, map visibility, and prioritize the funnel.
