Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Atlanta area to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites. You will manage customer relationships, complete administrative duties, and travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in the electromechanical industry.
• Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting commitments and arrival times and understanding the customer’s business.
• Collaborate with the regional work team and improve processes; learn new tools as needed.
• Complete administrative duties per Philips requirements, including timesheets, service orders, and PMs; adhere to safety requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems using required tools and escalation processes.
• Travel across Georgia; average driving time 1–4 hours daily, potential overnight stays.
