Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries.
• Ability to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using necessary tools and test equipment.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer relationships.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Complete PMs, FCOs, and related service paperwork within regulatory timeframes.
