Job summary

Philips Field Service Engineer in Houston, Texas, installs, troubleshoots, services, and maintains medical imaging equipment at customer sites. You will manage customer relationships, meet commitments, and seek opportunities to improve service capabilities. Travel within the Houston area and occasional overnight stays are required.

The role requires 2+ years in x-ray, MRI, or similar service environments and an electronics-focused education. A valid electronics degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field service experience in x-ray, image-guided therapy or MRI.
• Proficient in installing, diagnosing, repairing electronic, mechanical, and networking systems.
• Associate Degree in electronics; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Complete PMs, FCOs, installation and related service paperwork; adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Travel across Houston area; occasional overnight travel may be required.
