Job summary

Philips seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites in Houston, Texas. The role emphasizes strong customer relations, adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, and timely completion of service tasks.

You should have 2+ years in x-ray, MRI, or image-guided therapy service, plus an associate degree in electronics or equivalent. Travel within the Houston area and occasional overnight trips are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in x-ray, image guided therapy or MRI service environments.
• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to install, diagnose, and repair imaging equipment using electronic, mechanical, and networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and manage relationships at customer sites.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment.
• Complete administrative tasks and adhere to Philips policies, training, and safety requirements.
• Travel across the specified geography, with 1–4 hours of daily driving time and possible overnight travel.
