Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Ability to install, diagnose, and repair equipment including electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.
• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent; engineering degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by meeting commitments and addressing needs; generate service revenue.
• Participate in the regional work team and improve processes; pursue additional modality qualifications.
• Complete administrative tasks and paperwork within Philips and regulatory requirements.
• Use tools and escalation processes to diagnose and repair electronic, network, and mechanical problems.
• Travel ~70% across the geography; 1-4 hours driving daily; occasional overnight trips.
