Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Medical Imaging in Cleveland, OH. You will install, troubleshoot, service and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites, while ensuring timely actions and high customer satisfaction.

Travel approximately 70% with potential overnight stays; you will need 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical fields. Associate degree in electronics; BSEE preferred, and strong teamwork complete the profile.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service, or 3+ years in electromechanical fields.
• Ability to install, diagnose, and repair imaging equipment with tools and test equipment.
• Associate Degree in electronics; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Complete administrative duties: timesheets, service work orders, PMs, FCOs, installation docs.
• Adhere to safety requirements and escalation processes to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with regional team and seek opportunities to improve processes.
