Qualifications

• Ability to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.
• Must have an associate degree in electronics or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Adhere to customer entitlements, set expectations, and ensure timely arrivals.
• Complete administrative duties (timesheets, work orders, PMs, FCOs) within regulatory requirements.
• Travel approximately 70% across the geography; some overnight travel may be required.
