Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Customer Service Engineer to service, install, maintain and modify imaging equipment at customer sites in the Detroit area. You will deliver timely repairs, train operators, and manage territory performance while overseeing company assets and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical degree, 3–5+ years of field service experience, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to travel and participate in

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of field service experience desired.
• Proficient with service test equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, maintain and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver timely repairs and provide operator training for optimal performance.
• Manage territory financial performance, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue, expenses and inventory.
• Oversee company assets including company car, phone, computer, and inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and peers, and perform administrative duties accurately.
