Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer 2 to service medical imaging equipment in the Kansas City area. You will install, service, maintain, and modify Siemens’ imaging systems at customer sites and become the primary face of the company to clients.

Role requires 3–5+ years in biomedical or field service, strong PC skills, and willingness to work varied shifts and on-call duties. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Proficient with service tools and test equipment and able to work in a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Windows and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Service Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites in the Kansas City, MO area.
• Work in a field-based, customer-facing role installing, servicing, maintaining, and modifying imaging equipment.
• Act as the Face of Siemens to customers and ensure professional relationships and communications.
