Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to service MR imaging equipment in the Detroit, MI area. This field-based, customer-facing role involves installation, maintenance, and modification of imaging systems at customer sites.

You will deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal performance, while managing territory financials and company assets. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma, technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of field service experience desired.
• Proficient with tools and service test equipment; able to work solo or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Servicing MR Imaging Equipment in the Detroit, MI area; level based on experience.
• Install, service, maintain and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators for optimal system performance.
