Job summary

Penn State Health in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Imaging Engineer II to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, install, and calibrate imaging equipment across modalities. This role requires strong HTM expertise and the ability to resolve most service events independently.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Biomedical or Electronics Engineering and at least five years of related imaging experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Electronics Engineering or Associate's degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Five years of related imaging service experience.
• Must currently possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, install, and calibrate imaging equipment.
• Complete a first pass on imaging modality service events and resolve ~70% independently.
• Serve as a front-line responder for service events.
• May cross-train in an additional imaging specialty.
• Mentor other technicians and manage workload independently.
