Job description

We're seeking an experienced imaging service engineer to join our in-house Health Technology Management team, supporting the advanced imaging technologies that make exceptional patient care possible.

If you've spent your career supporting imaging systems for an OEM or independent service organization, you'll find a different kind of opportunity here. Instead of traveling between customer sites, you'll become an integral member of a dedicated hospital team, working alongside HTM professionals, technologists, and clinical staff to ensure our imaging systems operate safely and reliably.

This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in the equipment you support, build lasting relationships with the clinicians who depend on it, and see firsthand how your technical knowledge directly contributes to the care of children with some of the most complex medical conditions in the world. If you're looking for a position that combines challenging technical work with greater stability, collaboration, and purpose, we'd love to hear from you.

This is where you can build a career that stays close to home.

  • Manages vendors that serve the Hospital and medical devices including device manufacturers and third party vendors. Appropriately determines vendor engagement and ensures that all vendors are complying with department and hospital policy and regulation.
  • Independently performs special tasks and projects such as technology conversions, hardware/software upgrades, etc
  • Mentors junior members of Health Technology Management (HTM) in technology, clinical care units, and customer service. May lead a team of technical staff in projects and tasks
