Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Customer Service Engineer III to service CT imaging equipment, perform installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance at customer sites with minimal supervision. You will train operators, manage territory costs and assets, and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements include a high school diploma (associates preferred), 5–7+ years in biomedical field service, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.
• Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
• 5-7+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• You will be servicing CT Imaging Equipment in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Customer Service Engineer Level based on prior experience.
• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
• Manage company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, and perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
