Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a team-focused environment.
• Ability to lift 20–60 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfort with using basic PC applications.
• Willing to wear steel-toe boots and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and index documents for scanning per client requirements.
• Scan hardcopy files to electronic images and ensure quality.
• Perform quality checks on images and correct errors.
• Enter data for validation and verification.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and maintain a clean workspace.
