The position is full-time, with a 7am–4pm shift, and requires a high school diploma, basic PC skills, and the ability to lift 20–60 lbs. Training and safety-focused environment provided.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 7am - 4pm M - F

What’s a typical day as Material Handler/Imaging Specialist? You’ll be:

• Preparing and indexing documents for scanning, including sorting, removing staples, and organizing records according to client requirements.


• Scanning hardcopy files to electronic images using third-party software, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process.


• Performing quality checks on scanned images and prepped records, correcting errors as needed.


• Entering data manually for validation and verification purposes.


• Reassembling documents to their original condition post-scanning and preparing completed product for delivery.


• Maintaining and troubleshooting scanning equipment, performing daily safety checks.


• Assisting in training new team members and keeping the work area clean and organized.


• Using pallet jacks and carts to move materials as needed and complying with all company policies and safety procedures.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).


• Bring at least 1 year of experience in a team-focused environment—experience in the service industry is a plus.


• Possess strong communication skills and basic PC computer skills.


• Are detail-oriented, able to maintain accurate record order, and can work independently or as part of a team.


• Can lift 20-60 lbs, push and pull boxes and carts, and are comfortable with bending, stretching, and standing for long periods.


• Are willing to wear steel toe boots and work in an environment where boxes may be dusty.


• Can adapt to change and handle long project assignments.


• Are committed to safety and following all workplace protocols.
