Job summary

Vital Holdings LLC seeks a Digital Specialist I to accurately prepare and scan large volumes of data, converting printed materials into digital images with quality control against department targets.

You'll operate scanners (feeder and flatbed), adjust settings for each job, and log document numbers for retrieval. The role requires English communication, computer and scanner proficiency, and willingness to overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of the digital scanning process and how scanners work.
• Ability to locate and select client files for scanning into the correct location.
• Punctuality and readiness to work to meet productivity benchmarks and quality standards.
• Well organized and detail oriented; able to work in a team or individually.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scan paper documents according to customer specs.
• Accept changes to specifications and directions.
• Use automatic feeder and flatbed scanner for various paper sizes.
• Set scanner parameters for each job to match customer specs.
• Maintain/clean scanner daily to ensure image quality.
• Log document/box numbers for future retrieval.
• Assist team with document prep and indexing.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or Director of Operations.
