Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS in an enterprise setting.
• Strong experience with Jamf Pro and Intune for device management.
• Proficiency with AD/Group Policy, MFA, VPN, NAC, and enterprise security basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier Two desktop support for faculty and staff, and assist students and guests.
• Maintain and update macOS and Windows images; manage device enrollment and provisioning.
• Administer Jamf and Intune configurations, patch management, and imaging workflows.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Document procedures and create user-friendly guides for support staff and customers.
