Qualifications

• One year of prior clerical experience in a medical setting strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Register and pre-register patients and prepare associated paperwork.
• Collect co-payments and account payments.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to provide patient education.
