Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc is looking for a detail-oriented Imaging Coordinator to join the Imaging Team in Post Falls, Idaho. This position involves pre-registration of patients, managing payments, and ensuring smooth communication with clinical staff for patient education.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, have experience in a medical setting, and be knowledgeable in computer programs. The role offers comprehensive health care coverage, tuition reimbursement, and various wellness benefits promoting work/life balance.

Qualifications

• One year of prior clerical experience in a medical setting strongly preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification or obtaining it within the first ninety days of hire.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 codes and medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for registration and pre-registration of patients.
• Collecting co-payments and account payments.
• Preparing and presenting paperwork for clinical procedures.
