Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with completing paperwork and verify demographics.
• Enter, verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Provide registration and general assistance to patients.
• Receive and verify prescriptions or verbal orders per policy.
• Scan documents into the EMR and confirm order information.
• Verify referring provider's name and address for order accuracy.
• Identify and collect payment agreements and self-pay patients.
• Assist in training new intake staff and workflow.
• Utilize all relevant software systems.
