Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Practice Operations to oversee multi-modality imaging center operations and staff. The role focuses on patient flow, service quality, and adherence to policies, while partnering with leadership to meet operational goals.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years in healthcare, clinic, or imaging supervision, and an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred). Oncology/radiology experience is highly desirable and a competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow.
• Supervise front office, clinical, and support staff.
• Promote exceptional patient service and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and organizational policies.
• Support revenue cycle functions, including scheduling and billing workflows.
• Maintain positive relationships with physicians and referring offices.
