Job summary

Radiology Forward is seeking an Imaging Center Supervisor to oversee operations across the Bronx and upper Manhattan. You will lead imaging center staff, hire qualified team members, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes developing business opportunities, maintaining high patient care standards, and coordinating with clinicians and administrators to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business administration or healthcare administration or 6+ years radiology management experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff and management.
• Previous experience at high-volume medical facility; imaging experience a strong plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of developing budgets, basic computer skills, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring qualified team members per HR guidelines and maintain low turnover.
• Direct, mentor, and oversee imaging center staff by setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols.
• Promote and seek new business opportunities for the imaging center and organization.
