CHS Corporate is seeking an Imaging Manager to lead the medical imaging department, ensuring high-quality imaging services, regulatory compliance and implementation of best practices. You will coordinate with medical staff, supervise technologists, manage budgets and drive improvements to patient care and efficiency.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, budgeting, compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional imaging services in a modern healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in a closely related field required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Imaging Director with daily operations of all imaging areas as needed.
• Ensure workflow is organized and staffing priorities are arranged.
• Supervise imaging technologists and coordinate with medical staff and patients.
• Manage departmental budgets and participate in budget planning.
• Establish, monitor, and implement quality improvement processes.
• Participate in performance evaluations and competency checks.
• Maintain regular attendance and compliance with policies.
