Job summary

St. David's Medical Center, part of St. David's HealthCare, seeks an Imaging Coordinator for the Cardiovascular Imaging Center (CVIC) to manage multi-functional front and back-office duties with strong prioritization.

You will work with a collaborative healthcare team to ensure timely diagnostic studies, exceptional patient care, and efficient unit operations while upholding customer service standards in a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• One year of healthcare admin experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook; Meditech highly preferred.
• High School Graduate/GED.

Responsibilities

• Processing patients upon arrival to the Imaging Center.
• Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling procedures/exams.
• Reviews future schedules to validate physician orders, authorization status, insurance verification status, payment indications, H&Ps as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
