Avante Health Solutions is seeking an Outside Imaging & Biomedical Sales Representative reporting to the Regional Sales Manager-West. This role drives repair, replace and service sales across WA, OR and ID, engaging hospital, surgery center and physician office accounts with a consultative, solution-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience, ideally in medical/devices or B2B environments.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
• Experience in independent and consultative sales with complex products.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads within WA, OR and ID and drive revenue and margins.
• Meet or exceed quota; manage accounts and pipeline using CRM.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert accounts from competitors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to customers.
• Travel to customer sites and trade shows as required.
