Job summary

Avante Health Solutions is seeking an Outside Imaging & Biomedical Sales Representative to drive revenue and growth in the Seattle area and surrounding states. You will partner with field service and capital equipment teams to win new business, expand existing accounts, and deliver optimized repair and service solutions.

You will manage a dynamic sales pipeline, visit hospital and clinical accounts, and leverage CRM data to identify opportunities while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business or related field
• At least two years of professional work experience; strong inside/outside sales in a competitive environment with tangible products
• Prefer B2B and/or medical sales/medical device industry experience
• Documented track record for meeting or exceeding sales objectives
• Documented history of exceeding customer expectations without compromising company values
• Demonstrated ability to move the sales process to closure

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for biomedical engineering solutions within designated territory
• Maintain and increase sales volume and exceed quota and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and convert accounts from competition
• Recommend value-added services to customers to improve their business
• Collaborate with other sales lines to analyze customer needs and propose solutions
• Manage sales pipeline and tier accounts to optimize coverage
• Target new and existing accounts via phone and face-to-face calls
• Travel to customer sites as needed to drive growth and close deals
• Maintain CRM records and internal service logs for penetration and opportunities
• Attend trade shows and strategic customer meetings as agreed
• Resolve readily identifiable technical problems following procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments and adhere to ISO 13485 standards
