Job summary

Bozeman Health is seeking a Radiology Access Specialist to ensure patient safety and proper imaging order compliance. The role coordinates complex scheduling for diagnostic imaging exams and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining regulatory documentation.

The position works closely with radiology and medical staff, triages when needed, and supports quality improvement initiatives within a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience.
• One (1) year of medical office experience.
• Associate Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients with pre-examination information & materials including administration of contrast media.
• Communicates professionally with medical and Radiology staff to ensure quality care.
• Ability to triage when necessary.
• Coordinates complex appointment schedules and patient management for exams and procedures.
• Provides quality customer service.
• Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the hospital quality indicators.
• Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
