Job summary

Bozeman Health is seeking a Radiology Access Specialist to ensure patient safety and drive accurate imaging orders and approvals. You will coordinate complex scheduling for radiology exams and maintain high levels of customer service while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The role supports pre-examination preparation, multidisciplinary communication, and participation in quality improvement initiatives within a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience.
• One (1) year of medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients with pre-examination information and materials.
• Communicates professionally with medical and Radiology staff to ensure quality care.
• Ability to triage when necessary.
• Coordinates complex appointment schedules for exams and procedures.
• Provides quality customer service.
• Participates in the implementation and monitoring of hospital quality indicators.
