Job summary

VLink Inc. is seeking an IT professional to maintain document routing workflows, monitor error conditions, and triage incidents across environments.

This role will ensure smooth promotion of changes through lower stages and successful deployment to production. The candidate will also handle user creation/modification/deletion, security groups, and troubleshoot document/email import integrations, including interfacing with ancillary systems such as RightFax.

Job Description:

Responsible for building/updating document routing workflows, error monitoring, incident triage, promoting changes into lower environments, deploying changes to the production environment, user creation/modification/deletion, troubleshooting/enhancing document/email import integrations, troubleshooting integration with ancillary systems such as RightFax (direct RightFax support not required), maintain user security groups and roles, resolving orphaned tasks
